Room decoration and facilities.Restaurants very slow and not very professional waiters.Late cleaning.

the apartment was worn out. the mattress is worn out. so many spots and stains on the sofa. the fridge smelled really bad, the terrace wasn’t cleaned for 3 days until I complained. the bathroom had hair and wasn’t thoroughly cleaned the following day. they need better maintenance and change the mattress.

The furniture and carpets need an update

The location is amazing. We had so much fun and you can walk to Oud square if you want a change of scenery and eat something. The spa was also amazing. We tried the food and it was delicious. The staff were exceptional and very friendly I highly recommend staying here. Definitely coming back to this.

There was a bit of a smell in one of the room and we asked for air freshner and it went away. The pillows were not that comfortable but everything else was perfect.

I like the Saudi staff they’re very polite and friendly also“Michael”the bellman .

Facilities and service was good. Pool allowed access for whole family.

Food was average

Friendly staff, Especially Abdulrahman AlRowis, he was so cooperative and professional.

Everyone was so respectful and kind and helped raising the value of accommodation , starting with the reception people all of them and specifically sir Basil alanazi , The very kind and helpful sir omer , sir Michel , sir Kaleem , and the house keeping sir Anmol, Sir Adam in the restaurant was more than great in serving me as well They made a tremendous efforts by being genuinely nice and positive… Nevertheless the place is super chilling clean and relaxing and the atmosphere is brilliant… Not my last stay in here definitely….

Location, surroundings

Front office is very unprofessional and manipulative regarding the apartments. They clearly don't have a rule and assign them to special people or friends.

At the front desk there was Abdulrahman Al Ajmy and also Nawaf. Both were of good service with there welcoming words.Nawaf was very helpful; he took me all around the property and offered welcome sweets and drinks.

The hotel could improve on the service in general.

The breakfast was great.We requested arrangements for our anniversary and it was outstanding. It comes with dinner as well. The staff was very welcoming

It’s quite annoying, but somehow most of 5 stars hotel don’t have proper door/cover in the shower area to prevent the water going out, the bathroom floor outside the shower area will get wet quickly and slippery once you start taking shower. Very dangerous if you have children.

Everything was good, I booked the room for my wife birthday and I just told Mr.Bassel abot this and the hotel did set up great BD cake and welcome drink .Really it was great surprise at all

The rude executive lounge man, the cheap quality of food offered, the horrible couch in our seating area...

The apartment was perfect for my family size of four and I like the size of the rooms and the way they are furnished and decorated

The bathrooms were particularly good for me. The kitchen, lounge and bedrooms were fantastic too.I wish I had stayed longer. The staff were also welcoming and helpful
